The Cycle Tourism Show will be held on Friday, April 4 for professionals only, and Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the general public.
The Cycle Tourism Show is held in Piazza Lucio Dalla in Bologna. The Show is a bike friendly event, so we recommend reaching us by bicycle.
Entrance is free for everyone, but registration is required. Each person must have an email address associated with it: it is not possible to use the same email address to register multiple people. Accompanied minors do not need registration.
Registration is valid for both days of the event.
Registration is mandatory and we recommend everyone register in advance to speed up entry procedures.
However, it will also be possible to register on site before entering.
The Cycle Tourism Forum is a B2B event of the Cycle Tourism Show.
Exhibitors enter for free, other participants must purchase passes.
We have set up secure bike parking.
N.B. Even if the bike parking is guarded, bring a quality lock to make life even more difficult for bike thieves.
Dogs are welcome, as long as they are on a leash. We know this is an unnecessary recommendation, but equip yourself with small bags to collect any excrement from your four-legged friend.
Inside the Show there are various refreshment points and bars.
The introduction of food and drinks is permitted but glass bottles are prohibited.
Not far from the center of Bologna there are parking lots and areas equipped for travelers in campers.

We have decided to organize the Cycle Tourism Show in a place easily accessible by bicycle and public transport, a few
hundreds of meters from the most connected train station in Italy and we have set up secure parking for bicycles. We would prefer our visitors not to come by car, so as not to create further traffic and pollution.
We hope this is not a problem for you but, in any case, there is paid parking nearby.
