As of today, BRN stands as one of the prominent players in both the Italian and European markets, excelling in the distribution and production of bicycle accessories and components, designer bicycles, as well as sports and health supplements

History

BRN’s history began in the 1950s as a family-owned business, which up to that time had gained significant recognition from the local area, but over the next two decades, thanks to the ideas and entrepreneurial spirit of Marco and Gianluca Bernardi, becomes a real reference point in the supply of bicycle parts, components and accessories, with more than 3,000 outlets in the country alone and over 1,000 cycling stores throughout Europe.

A company that has consistently prioritized the essence of ‘Made in Italy,’ perpetually exploring novel productswith original, unique designs, and innovative features. These cutting-edge and trendy offerings are showcased each year in the Official Catalogue. Since 1998, the Catalogue has served as a veritable insider’s guide, featuring over 8,000 brand-new and exclusive accessories and components. The company has consistently prioritized its focus, catering not only to professional cyclists but also, and especially, to urban cyclists, amateur cyclists, and bicycle tourists.The overarching aim is to foster a culture of cycling as a sustainable and healthy mode of transportation, actively working to introduce an ever-expanding audience to the world of pedal-powered two-wheelers.

BRN Village

In June 2023, BRN opened BRN Village, the 1st theme park entirely dedicated to the world of cycling in Italy, near its new operational headquarters in Forlimpopoli, Romagna. Spanning over 70,000 m2 with free access, this area hosts numerous attractions and services for cyclists, including the BRN Bike Café. Here, the values of a healthy and proper diet are promoted alongside sport. Additionally, boasting a sprawling 3,200 m2, it houses the largest Pumptrack area in Italy.
