The first items put on the market were two handcrafted luggage racks, one front and one rear, born out of the founder’s 30-year passion for bicycle touring. These projects formed the foundation on which the company was founded.

Bikepacking Bags, made in Italy

Recently, BAC Milano introduced a new line of Bikepacking bags featuring innovative docking systems. This new line marks a significant step toward the industrial sector. While maintaining the enthusiasm and commitment of our early carriers, the new bags are designed for large-scale production.

It has always been our hallmark to avoid welding. There are several reasons for this choice-sometimes welds can be a critical structural point, while thanks to interlocking systems it is possible to couple stainless steel components to aluminum components, thus ensuring greater lightness and strength to our products.

BAC’s new Bikepacking bags maintain this same philosophy. In addition to the use of stainless steel and aluminum, we have introduced new materials such as Nylon PA 6, a polymer that can absorb shock and stress.
In addition, to ensure better waterproofing, the fabrics of the bags are not sewn, but heat-sealed, which ensures better performance.
