After resuming cycling following the global restrictions, BIKE TRAVELLERS, the renowned Upcycle Milan Bike Café event dedicated to bike travel, returns with three exciting adventures that promise to inspire the next epic journeys.
From Patagonia to Italy, from the Pyrenees to Iran, from Rwanda to Cuba, from Europe to Canada and beyond, BIKE TRAVELLERS has touched all continents, but its adventurous spirit knows no bounds.
Launched in 2013 with the breathtaking stories of Claude Martaler, the Swiss cyclonaut who cycled around the world in seven years, the event has continued to take two-wheel enthusiasts on global journeys through the experiences and images shared by those who lived these adventures. Whether it’s a bike touring trip or an epic expedition, the important thing is to set off.

The Events
February 20, 2024 – Jordan
“Jordan Rise Ride” tells the epic ride of four friends through the beautiful land of Jordan. In ten days, they cycled over 500 kilometers through mountains and deserts, from Mafraq to Aqaba. But this journey wasn’t just a cycling adventure; it was also an opportunity to learn about projects supporting education in the country’s most vulnerable communities, backed by the fundraising campaign “Vicini di Banco” of the Non Dalla Guerra association.
Thanks to the collaboration between Non Dalla Guerra, the La Mente Comune association, and the Orkestrada Collective with Caritas Jordan, this trip became a testament to solidarity and social commitment.
March 7, 2024 – Spain
“Montanas Vacías – A Journey through Spanish Lapland” is the story of Giovanni Ganzerli, known as @girovaganzo, in collaboration with Impronte – Storie a Pedali. In search of the wildest and most unspoiled nature, Giovanni ventured into the Spanish Lapland, an area defined by majestic mountains and vast unexplored spaces. Through his passionate narration, he takes us on an exciting and adventurous journey, unveiling the secrets of one of the least populated regions of Spain and Europe.
March 26, 2024 – Morocco
A diverse group of adventurers immersed themselves in the less touristy areas of Morocco, starting from Marrakech and heading towards the Atlas Mountains and the wonders of the desert. Through remote villages and isolated communities, they cycled along the most captivating tracks, experiencing a unique and unforgettable adventure.
The 2024 edition of BIKE TRAVELLERS promises to inspire adventure lovers and elevate the excitement for bike touring to new heights.
